Emotional Support

Counselling

The emotions you are feeling may be very tangled and confused. You may find these difficult to talk about and very hard to share with your family or friends. You may find it helpful to talk to someone who has been trained to listen and help you explore your feelings. Talking one to one with a trained counsellor in a focused way can help you work through your feelings and find ways of coping.

Counsellors will not give advice or answers, but will listen and help you find your own answers.
