Talking one to one with a trained counsellor in a focused way can help you work through your feelings and find ways of coping.
Counsellors will not give advice or answers, but will listen and help you find your own answers.

This service is an alternative to counselling. One to one support can help you to adjust, adapt and move forward at any stage in your journey following a diagnosis.

The therapist will work with you and devise an individual programme to help address your concerns using a variety of therapies and self-management.
