At Leeds Cancer Support, we have a wide range of activities and groups available for patients, carers and family members to join.
Knit & Natter Afternoon
Our Knit & Natter afternoon is held every Wednesday afternoon from 1pm at the Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre.
Bring your own knitting / needlework and join in the natter!
Patients, carers, and family members are all welcome to attend. Refreshments are available. This activity is a drop-in service, therefore no need to book.
Health & Wellbeing Through Dance
These classes will see you create graceful, rhythmic storytelling through the art of dance. This group provides an opportunity for to:
- Incorporate some fun and exercise into your lifestyle
- Improve your movement and coordination
- Increase your confidence
- Meet new people
The Walking Group meets on the last Friday of each month between April - September. Each month, our specially trained leaders will guide and show you around as we take in the sights of one of the local parks in Leeds.
