We offer a variety of services privately to patients. The benefits of being treated privately in the NHS include:

  • Continuous care from a consultant of your choosing
  • A dedicated experienced and accredited personal medical and nursing team  
  • Should things not go to plan (as they can in any medical procedure) you have direct access to any additional help you may need including specialist, intensive care and monitoring as required which can be unavailable at private hospitals  
  • The comfort of knowing that all income generated from private treatments is invested back into NHS services for everyone

Private Patients Team

At Leeds Teaching Hospitals, we have a Private Patients Team, which is the first point of call for all enquiries about eligibility, insurance and private treatment. The staff are very experienced and aim to help patients, relatives and staff.
