Welcome to Chapel Allerton Hospital
A popular facility in the north of Leeds, Chapel Allerton Hospital is particularly highly rated by patients.
It prides itself on a friendly, caring environment and receives consistently positive feedback from patients and visitors.
What we do

The hospital is home to the Chapel Allerton Orthopaedic Centre (CHOC), a dedicated centre for the diagnosis, management and treatment of adult patients with upper and lower limb complaints.
Our specialist dermatology ward has also recently moved to the hospital. It houses the rheumatology service, an orthopaedic ward and is an important centre for research with the Leeds Musculoskeletal Biomedical Research Unit also based there.
More information about some of these services can be found at the Leeds Musculoskeletal Centre.

Assessment flat opened
A newly refurbished assessment flat has been opened on ward 1 at Chapel Allerton Hospital thanks to the generosity of former patient Graham Wright and his wife Ruth.
The flat provides a transition for patients rebuilding their lives after stroke, brain injury or other neurological problems, who are due to go home from the hospital. It has been fully equipped with modern technologies such as sensors and alarm systems which provide an audible prompt for certain tasks.
