Service

The Pathology CMT comprises of five main departments:

Blood Sciences
Yorkshire Regional Genetics Service
Histopathology including Cervical Cytology
Microbiology including Mycology and Virology
Specialist Laboratory Medicine

(Specific departmental information can be found within the Service Directory)

As well as analytical services, the CMT provides a full advisory and interpretive service, is a major teaching and training centre and has a significant R&D programme.
