Due to the current situation, the Trust has needed to make some changes to how we support you when someone dies in one of our hospitals.

Please contact the relevant Bereavement Office using the contact details below, on the next working day after the person has died. The Bereavement Team will take some details from you and explain what happens next. More information is available using the menu on the left hand side of this screen.
