Leeds GP and specialist presenter on Made in Leeds TV Dr Angela Goyal was filming at Chapel Allerton Hospital yesterday.

She was here to do a timely health information feature with Dr Walayat Hussain focusing on the risk to the skin from sun exposure and the possibility of developing skin cancer.

As well as promoting the importance of sun protection the filming also looks at Mohs micrographic surgery, a "gold standard" technique" which Dr Hussain and his team offer here at LTHT.

Mohs surgery also offers the best chance of eradicating the cancer and achieving the best cosmetic result, so is an important step forward in the standard of care we provide here in Leeds.
