The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust

Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Unfortunately due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, we have altered the way our service runs slightly in order to keep our patient's health our main priority.

All clinics are now telephone consultations only, there are no face to face appointments for the forseeable future. We have had to cancel a number of clinics as we are unsure whether we will have the doctors and nurses available due to pressures on the wards. Therefore, we may be contacting patients on an 'ad-hoc' basis for consultations so that we do not become too far behind with appointments and so that you are still getting the support you may need.

Whilst we may not be available to answer your calls or emails immediately, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible. We may not always have access to a computer or phone as we may be working on the wards, but if you leave your name, NHS number and phone number, we will try and get back to you within a couple of days. If you have an urgent problem, please ring your GP surgery, NHS 111 or 999 in an emergency.

We have recently sent out update letters to all our patients.

If you would like advice on whether you should be social distancing / isolating / shielding, please get in touch with the team for further advice or access the government's website.

We appreciate that it is a scary and uncertain time for everyone, so please see below a couple of links which may be of help to provide you with the support you may need at this current time.
