Long Term Follow up (Children's and Adolescent)
The Children’s Oncology Long Term Follow Up service is specifically for you if you finished your treatment a minimum of 5 years ago and have had:
• Cancer or any condition treated by a doctor specialising in cancer treatments.
• A blood disorder which required a bone marrow transplant or stem cell transplant.
