Friends and Family Test feedback

During pregnancy and after your birth we encourage you to tell us about your experience and whether you would recommend us to your friends and family. We will give you feedback cards or you can provide your feedback and comments online here: Share your feedback.

If you would like to send an email to share your experience or tell us over the phone or by letter, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and let them know your feedback.

Leeds Maternity Voices Partnership

Leeds Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP) listen to the voices of women, partners, and families to help improve local maternity services. They hold regular drop in events to hear experiences and visit our maternity wards to speak directly to patients and families. If you would like to share your experience, please get in touch. You are also welcome to sign up and become a parent representative.

What do parent representatives do?

  • Listen to experiences of parents about maternity services
  • Attend online or in person meetings every 3 months.
  • Can attend other meetings on behalf of MVP.
  • When the NHS are planning any changes or improvements to maternity services, MVP representatives share their ideas.

If you would like to share your experiences, volunteer, or find out more please get in touch. Phone: 0113 2762 851, email: mvpchair@womenshealthmatters.org.uk or follow LeedsMVP on social media.
