What our patients say

“I had an outpatient appointment at the hysteroscopy suite in March 2016. Having read far too many scare stories about the procedure on various websites, I was pretty nervous about what to expect. The hospital was a very calm, clean environment, and the staff welcoming. I felt cared for and fully informed about what was going on throughout my visit, and the doctor and nurses did all they could to make me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. I would like to thank them for making my visit a much more manageable experience than I had anticipated, and would reassure anyone who is due to attend this department that (in my case anyway) the thought of what would happen was much worse than the reality.
Thanks again! :)”

“The doctor was excellent, quickly putting me at ease and I felt for the first time someone was actually listening and understood the pain I was in. His treatment has been second to none. His Nurse was also excellent, listening, understanding and full of compassion at all times. I can’t thank them both enough. A credit to the NHS.”

“I have attended the hospital on several occasions over the last 4 months as an outpatient. I have found the hospital and staff to provide excellent services which are a credit to the NHS. All appointments were on time, or occasionally early, and I received a dignified and totally supportive service from all staff. A great reflection on the NHS service!”
