Chemotherapeutic drug that inhibits DNA synthesis. Useful in the management of lymphoblastic leukaemia, choriocarcinoma, and carcinomas of the breast and testes. Please state dose and time of dose on request.

Collection Con Collect sample 24 hrs post-dose for adults, or 48 hrs post-dose for children. Lithium heparin or EDTA plasma is acceptable. Minimum volume: 500µl serum / plasma
