Additional Information | Two patterns are identifed by indirect immunofluroescence (IIF) - cytoplasmic (C-ANCA) and perinuclear (P-ANCA). Levels of MPO/PR3 also correlate with disease activity. P-ANCA with anti-MPO are found in approximately 70% of patients with Churg-Strauss and Microscopic Polyarteritis. C-ANCA/anti-PR3 are found in approximately 85% of patients with Wegener's. |
