Additional Information **SAMPLES MUST NOT BE SENT IN THE AIRTUBE** High and low doses of ristocetin are used to aggregate patients platelets in platelet rich plasma. This uses a platelet aggregation methodology. The variation is used to help diagnose the presence or absence of Von Willebrands or to help sub-type an existing diagnosis
