Warfarin Services
The Leeds Anticoagulant Service was set up in 1996 to treat patients with warfarin dosing and to monitor their health. The number of people using the service has increased significantly over the years and we are keen to continue to provide a high quality, modern and responsive service for our patients.
In light of this we have been engaging with patients and the public to understand how they would like the service to be delivered and to get feedback about the existing service. By updating the way we provide this service we will be able to see more patients and ensure we are using up-to-date techniques. At the same time, making the service as convenient as possible for patients.
