Leeds Centre for Maternity Care

Leeds Maternity Care, providing obstetric and midwifery care to over 10,000 women and their families each year.

Our documentation for women planning to birth at home, or within Leeds Teaching Hospitals, has moved from paper to an electronic patient record. When you  ‘book’ for pregnancy care in Leeds Teaching Hospitals you will be given a “My Maternity Journey” pack to keep forever, and your maternity care will be recorded electronically. We have been recording births electronically since 2014 and postnatal care since May 2018, the final part of recording the pregnancy information means that there will be an electronic record for all of your pregnancy journey.

Leeds Centre for Women’s Health, giving gynaecology, acute gynaecology and urogynaecology care and treatment to over 12,000 women annually.
