What we spend and how we spend it
This part of the scheme contains information on where the funding for the Trust's services comes from and the procedures we follow when we spend money on equipment and supplies.
Annual statement of accounts
Copies of the Trust’s annual accounts reports are available in the Annual Report and Accounts section of this site.
The Prime Minister wrote to Secretaries of State on 31st May 2010 inviting them to support his drive to improve the transparency of how public funds are used. This was subsequently formalised in the document 'Transparency - Publication of spend over £25,000 v2.0', which was based on Sir Tim Berners-Lee's paper.
As a result of this specific commitment, we publish all spend for each calendar month where the amount is over £25,000, apart from certain exemptions. Any non-publication of transactions will be kept to a minimum, and only used when, on balance, they are considered to be in the wider public interest. Publication of this data forms part of our ongoing commitment to be transparent and open in its dealings with the public.
The Trust’s monthly published payment reports are available to view here.
