
Leeds OSCE training programme
Participants achieved a 95% pass rate and all moved straight into employment as registered nurses.
The next programme starts 3rd of March 2025.
Our International nurse preparation 4 week programme consists of 90 hours face to face teaching. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays will be face to face classroom teaching at Josephs Well.
The International nurse educational course consists of 22 hours classroom time per week and 10 hours one to one coaching to help refine your skills and knowledge and to ensure effective pastoral care.
In-person course dates:
- 3 February – 4 week course
- 3 March – 4 week course
- 6 May – 4 week course

Facilities
We utilise a bespoke education centre to support your learning and to allow us to provide accurate assessment of your progress.
We have the option to video and feedback your progress and utilise this as needed in our Mock examinations.

Rob Marsden
With 15+ years of NHS experience, Rob has worked across emergency care, post-anaesthetic units, and medical & surgical wards, mastering the art of clinical practice and patient care.
Now a dedicated OSCE trainer, Rob uses his expertise as a former Lead Clinical Examiner at the Leeds NMC OSCE Competence Test Centre to help students crush their exams with confidence. As a Fellow in Health Professional Education, he’s passionate about empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
When he’s off duty, you’ll find Rob gardening, diving into video games, or hunting for fossils. He’s also the proud cat dad to Viggo, a majestic Norwegian Forest Cat with a personality as big as his fluff!

Frank Icy
With over 14 years of experience in adult nursing, Frank specialises in respiratory medicine and clinical education. He’s passionate about delivering patient-centred care and helping others grow in their clinical practice.
Frank’s motto is “Labor omnia vincit improbus” – “Work conquers all” – which perfectly captures his dedication to both his profession and his students.
Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying hiking, photography, or getting lost in a good book.
