What to bring

What to wear and bring with you

You should wear a short-sleeved top to give easy access to your upper arm. Typically, the vaccine is given in your left arm if you are right-handed and vice versa.

Please bring with you:

  • Details of your GP practice – name, address and postcode
  • Details of any medicines you are taking or any health conditions you have
  • Reading glasses if you need them (for completing the consent form)
  • Your work ID badge

You do not need to bring anything else with you. If possible, please minimise the amount of bags and coats you bring into the venue and do not leave any valuables unattended.

Before booking your appointment please ensure that the mobile phone number on your GP record is the same as the number you have input into the system to book your appointment.
