The PCPI Team uses the voices of our patients, carers and members of the public to shape services within Leeds Teaching Hospitals.

You can sign up to our digital database for free! We regularly use this database to request feedback from patients the public about work that is happening across the Trust.

If you would like to be contacted by the Team so you can be involved in responding to surveys, questionnaires or receiving invites to events then click the links below.

Once you have signed up digitally you will be contacted by email to be informed of valuable engagement work currently on-going at the Trust and future projects.
