We value your feedback as a means to improve the way we will deliver our services. Our aim is to ensure all patients, families and carers are satisfied with the care and attention that you or your loved one receive whilst visiting our Hospitals.
We want to know where things have worked really well. From the feedback you provide we will work with our doctors, nurses and managers to improve the services we offer. You can contact the PALS team to share a compliment.
Sometimes things go wrong. If you tell us where things did not work so well, it will help us learn lessons and do things differently. If we don’t know, we can’t put it right.
