FFT Fabulousness Certificates

We have introduced our FFT Fabulousness certificates to share the wonderful feedback that patients are leaving for named staff.

The certificates are created using the Friends and Family Test feedback left by patients and sent out to wards and departments each month. In this way we aim to give recognition to colleagues who have provided outstanding care to patients. You can find examples of these certificates below.
