Raising a Concern
You can speak to a member of staff at the time of your appointment. Many issues can be resolved quickly by the team caring for you.
Making a Formal Complaint
If you prefer to make a formal complaint, you can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0113 2066261. They can listen to your concerns, explain your options, and support you through the process.
What Happens Next
Once a complaint is made, we will look into what happened, contact you if we need more information, and explain what we have found and what we are doing to improve.
