https://www.calm.com/ - Calm is an easy to use meditation app for all levels, whether your just starting out or you have been meditating for a while now and just want something new to guide you through. Calm has many benefits for its users including; Reduced stress, reduced anxiety, better overall mood and better sleep.
NHS staff have been given free access to a number of wellbeing apps from now until the end of March 2021 to support their mental health and wellbeing. NHS England and NHS Improvement have worked with the following app providers to waive costs for the NHS workforce who are dealing with the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Headspace is a science-backed app in mindfulness and meditation, providing unique tools and resources to help reduce stress, build resilience, and aid better sleep. Free access to all NHS staff with an NHS email address is available until 31 March 2021 and is active now. How NHS staff can get access:

- Go to https://www.headspace.com/nhs for NHS staff to access, with the option to select clinical or non-clinical staff to start enrolling.

https://www.myfitnesspal.com/ - Myfitnesspal is an app that allows you to track exactly what you eat with every single macro and micro nutrient consumed throughout your day. With easy to use features such as the bar code scanner, meal selection and food saver; it is very easy to use.
https://www.sleepcycle.com/ - Sleep cycle allows you to track and understand your sleep better than ever. You will get a full understanding of what time you woke up during the night, how long you spent in the 3 different stages of sleep and much more. Sleep plays a massive factor on your mood, mental health, recovery and much more; if sleep is so important why would you not want to take control of this aspect of your life the best you can
Unmind is a mental health platform that empowers staff to proactively improve their mental wellbeing. Using scientifically-backed assessments, tools and training you can measure and manage your personal mental health needs, including digital programmes designed to help with stress, sleep, coping, connection, fulfillment and nutrition. The team at Unmind are offering free access to NHS staff until the end of March 2021, which is active now. How NHS staff can get access:
