Here at Leeds Teaching Hospitals we recognise that supporting the health and wellbeing of our staff is of the utmost importance. We’ve therefore set a people priority of:
We will enable staff to maintain mental and physical health with a diverse and wide ranging offer of activities so that everyone can meet the demands of their role.
As part of our personalised people management approach we are asking all staff to have a conversation about their health and wellbeing, this will enable them and their line manager to be clear about their needs and how they want to be supported. You can find the template for the conversation here:
