Healthy Eating

Healthy eating is about eating a balanced diet which contains a variety of foods. Eating poorly and becoming overweight or obese increases your risk of getting type 2 diabetes, heart disease and some cancers.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet provides nutrients to your body. These nutrients give you energy and keep your heart beating, your brain active and your muscles working.

Please follow the link to the One You Leeds Website where you can find lots of information regarding healthy eating and making healthy home cooked meals.
