General Advice
If you suffer from under breast soreness please follow the advice below:
- Clean / wash the area at least three times per day
- Pat dry
- Wear a well fitted bra
The following medication is available without prescription from your local pharmacy / supermarket. If in doubt ask the pharmacist.
- Canesten cream
- Sudocrem cream
If the soreness has not improved within 2-3 weeks, consult your GP who may be able to prescribe other medication.
