As Deputy Chief Executive of Leeds Building Society, he oversees more than 1,000 colleagues across Customer Operations, Risk and Legal, delivering £10m in efficiency savings and leading a major head office transformation to support hybrid working and sustainability. Previously, as Executive Director and Chief Risk Officer, he pioneered the Society’s “Inclusion By Design” strategy and successfully navigated challenging regulatory negotiations.
Alongside his executive career, Andrew contributes to industry and education through roles with UK Finance, Clarion Housing Association and Leeds Beckett University. He is recognised as a collaborative, pragmatic leader who builds inclusive, high-performing cultures founded on trust and integrity.
