Bexley Wing walking routes have been created to help patients, visitors and colleagues enjoy short, manageable walks around the hospital wards and grounds.

Please talk to your nurse or physiotherapist before you start any routes to make sure you are fit, well and able to get up and about.

Short length route over 70 metres, taking between 5-6 minutes to complete

Medium length route over 800 metres, taking between 12-16 minutes to complete

Medium length route over 710 metres, taking between 14-19 minutes to complete

Short length route over 50 metres, taking between 4-6 minutes to complete

Medium length route over 690 metres, taking between 14-19 minutes to complete

Long length route over 710 metres, taking between 15-21 minutes to complete

Short length route over 50 metres, taking between 6-8 minutes to complete

Medium length route over 770 metres, taking between 13-18 minutes to complete

Long route over 890 metres, taking between 15-21 minutes to complete

Long length route over 700 metres, taking between 16-22 minutes to complete
