The Offer

St James’s Laser Vision offers a 15% discount to eligible Health and Social Care staff on selected private treatments, including Private Cataract Surgery, Lens Replacement Surgery and Laser Vision Correction Surgery.

The discount applies only to eligible treatment fees and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

The discount is available to individuals currently employed within the UK Health and Social Care sector, including NHS employees, hospital staff, GP staff, community healthcare workers, social care staff, care home employees, hospice staff and other registered health and social care professionals.

Proof of current employment must be provided before treatment.

Verification of Eligibility

Appropriate evidence of employment may include a staff ID badge, employer identification card, recent payslip or other acceptable documentation.

St James’s Laser Vision reserves the right to request additional documentation.

Clinical Suitability

All consultations, recommendations and treatments are subject to individual clinical assessment.

The discount does not guarantee suitability for treatment, treatment approval or specific visual outcomes.

The treating ophthalmologist’s decision regarding suitability is final.

Free Initial Consultation

The promotion includes a free initial consultation to assess medical suitability, visual requirements, treatment options, benefits and risks.

Attendance at a consultation does not create any obligation to proceed with treatment.

Discount Application

The discount applies only to eligible private treatment fees.

The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

The discount cannot normally be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Exclusions

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the discount does not apply to medications, additional investigations, enhancement procedures, management of complications or follow-up treatments outside the standard package.

Patients remain responsible for payment of any balance not covered by the discount.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Standard St James’s Laser Vision cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
