Personal Health Record - a new app to help you manage your healthcare and recovery
Our new Personal Health Record will be available to Fracture Clinic patients from July 2023. This will help you manage your injury from the comfort of your home.
You'll need your NHS log in details to sign in. If you don't have a login yet, create one now through the NHS Website. This will make it easy to access the app when it launches.
