Fracture Clinic (Adults)

Phase 2: 4 to 6 week

Below you will find important information to follow 4 - 6 weeks post injury.

Pain relief: Continue to use appropriate painkillers as necessary.

Splint: Should now be discarded.

Exercises: The following videos will help you regain movement in your elbow and wrist. You may commence these exercises when you feel comfortable to do so, discomfort is expected. Exercises should be undertaken frequently, if you experience severe pain you are doing too much.

You may progress to phase 3 once you are 6 weeks post injury

Phase 3: 6 week onwards
