What we do

We provide three meals for around 2,000 patients every day - this equates to just over 2 million meals a year.
We source many of our food products from local businesses and suppliers. All products that we use on the menus go through a rigorous three stage assessment process before they are used:
1. We check that they meet out nutritional targets.
2. We check them for quality and taste with a panel of former patients and volunteers.
3. We consider the product for value for money.
Nutrition and quality is a more important consideration to us than cost.
