The Freedom of information Act 2000 provides any person with the right to obtain information held by the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, subject to a number of exemptions.
Subject Access Requests

A Subject Access Request gives you the right to request access to your personal information. It allows you to obtain a copy of the personal information (including Health Records) the Trust holds about you.
