As an organisation, we have introduced the 7 Commitments across everything we do. Also known as the 7Cs, these are the things we prioritise to deliver in the financial year which will help us deliver our vision and goals.
Developed in partnership between the executive team, CSU leads and clinicians we issue a set of 7 Commitments every year to help us focus on what’s important for our patients and our colleagues.
Our Time To Shine awards campaign will use these 7 Commitments as our baseline, and we want to hear about all your hard work so we can celebrate with you.
Recognising the success of our colleagues is incredibly important to us and Time To Shine is a real highlight of LTHT’s annual calendar.

We’re introducing the Rising Star award this year to recognise and celebrate colleagues who have worked at the Trust for less than two years and are already making their mark!
