Thank you for your interest in the Time To Shine awards, Leeds Teaching Hospitals’ annual staff celebration event.
As an organisation, we have introduced the 7 Commitments across everything we do. Also known as the 7Cs, these are the things we prioritise to deliver in the financial year which will help us deliver our vision and goals.
Developed in partnership between the executive team, CSU leads and clinicians we issue a set of 7 Commitments every year to help us focus on what’s important for our patients and our colleagues. Our Time To Shine awards campaign uses these 7 Commitments as our baseline.
Recognising the success of our colleagues is incredibly important to us and Time To Shine is a real highlight of LTHT’s annual calendar. Thank you to staff who have submitted nominations for colleagues in the 10th annual Time to Shine 7Cs categories; the deadline for these has now passed.
The Hospital Hero award is now open
This award is nominated by our patients and their families. We’re always receiving fantastic feedback for our colleagues and this is an extra special way to say thank you for that person who has made your time in hospital that little bit easier.
Members of the public can nominate their Hospital Hero here.
We can’t run our staff awards without support. We partner with Leeds Hospitals Charity so that we can recognise and celebrate our brilliant colleagues every year.
