Special interest’s: Dr Russell has an Emergency Medicine sub-specialty interest in Adult Safeguarding, particularly non-fatal strangulation and domestic abuse, and is the clinical representative on the LTHT Safeguarding, Learning Disabilities & Autism, Mental Capacity and Mental Health Act (SMHLDA) sub-group.
Dr Russell is also a keen medical educator and holds a number of Undergraduate and Postgraduate education roles. Her academic skillset includes assessment, personalisation of learning and development of capability & performance.
