This report focuses on the year 2024/25, tracking our progress over the past year against selected quality improvements and outlining our priorities for the year ahead aligned to the Trust patient Safety And Quality Strategy. It is an open and honest account of the quality of services for which the Trust Board is accountable. The Account has been developed by a wide range of Trust staff, including senior clinical leaders and managers, Patient Experience Team, Patient Safety Collaboratives, Informatics, Medical Illustration, Medical Education and the Quality Governance Team.
