Supported by new funding from the European Institution of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Health Flagship Call 2024, Innovation Pop Up will cooperate on developing two new training modules that empowers healthcare professionals to embrace and implement advancements effectively.
The modules, entitled Healthcare Innovation and Adoption: Principles, Strategies, and Future Trends, is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the skills and strategies needed to drive innovation in their organisations.
The four-week programme covers a range of essential topics. Participants will explore how to create resilient systems that adapt to innovation and learn effective approaches to engaging stakeholders and collaboration. They will also examine the barriers that often hinder adoption and discover ways to address these challenges.
The programme will highlight emerging trends in the healthcare sector, such as digital health tools and artificial intelligence, offering participants a forward-looking perspective on the future of healthcare innovation.
The curriculum ensures that participants gain a deep and practical understanding of what successful innovation strategies look like, grounded in real world case studies and best practices. To ensure the programme is accessible to as many professionals as possible, AI avatar technology will be deployed to deliver content in multiple languages.
This inclusive approach guarantees relevance and accessibility across Europe and beyond, breaking down language barriers to make the training available to a wide audience.
