Propel@YH programme celebrates health tech innovators at closing event

The sixth Propel@YH programme recently held its Showcase and Close event at Leeds Nexus. We are proud to support the programme which has an excellent reputation for helping UK health tech innovators accelerate their growth and deliver impact on health outcomes in our region.

This final event provided the innovators with awards, the opportunity for one-to-one support, networking and a final pitch to the delivery partners to show what the innovators have learnt and their plans for the future.

We continue to work with seven companies from this year’s cohort who have been given the opportunity to join the Innovation Pop Up: Accessercise, Agenly, Asclepius Medtech Ltd, iBox Healthcare, MedFrontier, MyAmber, and Stroll.

On the 9 April 2025, Tracy Brabin, Mayor of West Yorkshire announced a new £4.5 million Healthtech Accelerator aimed at SMEs and delivered by Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber. The £4.5m funding delivered by Propel@YH West Yorkshire Healthtech Accelerator allows the expansion Propel@YH over the next four years.

The Innovation Pop Up looks forward to continuing to support as a delivery partner in facilitating excellence and growing innovation in the medical and healthcare sector across the Leeds and West Yorkshire region.
