Every day our volunteers gift their time, and you could join the team!
Volunteering at LTHT is a fantastic way to support your local hospital and we have lots of different opportunities for volunteers to get involved. All our roles are non-clinical, but most are patient-facing and all focus on improving patient experience by supporting our patients, their families and staff. Whether you want to volunteer at Chapel Allerton, Leeds Children’s Hospital, LGI, Seacroft, St James’s or Wharfedale everyone can make a difference; by becoming part of the LTHT volunteer community.
We recognise the valuable life experiences, skills and qualities that volunteers bring to the roles they support. Our volunteers compliment the work of our paid staff and our vision is to be the best place to volunteer; growing our volunteer team and continuing to represent the diversity of the communities we support. Everybody has something unique to offer and here at Voluntary Services we want to enable you to find your perfect role.
How to become a volunteer
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. We are currently busy supporting our existing volunteers and working with our colleagues to look after our patients, carers and visitors. Keep checking back for opportunities.
