Before joining the police, Kate worked in senior people roles in several NHS organisations, including NHS Digital, Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
