Alternatively the Patient Advice and Liaison Service can also help and support you. The staff will be happy to listen to your questions or concerns and ask the appropriate member of staff to contact you to talk through and resolve these as quickly as possible.
If you have positive feedback regarding any part of your experience, PALS can pass this on to the teams involved.
