Additional Information
Autoimmune enteropathy (primarily found in infancy) with intractable diarrhoea and associated with small bowel villous atrophy that does not improve with a gluten-free diet. Positive in ~50% of patients with autoimmune enteropathy – it is unclear whether these anti-bodies precede or follow intestinal inflammation.
