
Faeces samples are tested from patients with a history suggestive of enterovirus. Clinical details may include any combination of – meningitis, encephalitis, headache, PUO, pyrexia, rash, chest pain, myocarditis, Bornholm’s disease, Myalgic encephalomyelitis or query polio.
