Video Consultation

A few minutes before your appointment time, please click on the relevant service below. You will then be taken through a series of steps to ensure your equipment is set up and working correctly. Once this has been done, you will be asked to enter your name date of birth and telephone number and read and accept the terms and conditions. We will not store the details you submit beyond the length of the call.

Once these steps have been completed, click the Start Call button and you will enter the waiting room until your consultation begins. You will see yourself on the screen and hear some music. At this point the clinician will know you have arrived and are waiting to be seen. The waiting room is private and other patients cannot see each other.

When your clinician is ready to start the consultation, they will join you on the screen and the consultation will take place exactly as if you were in a clinic room. You are able to share documents and resources, just as if you were in the same room.

Attend Anywhere is completely secure and confidential and your call cannot be accessed by anyone else and your clinician will be in a private room. We recommend strongly to plan your call so that you are in a quiet room too, so that you can hear everything that is said and to ensure that your privacy is protected. The video call is free (except your internet usage charge).

At the end of the consultation you will be presented with a short questionnaire about your experience of using Attend Anywhere and we would be very grateful if you could fill in this survey to help improve services to our patients.
