In order to minimise the Coronavirus risk to ALL our patients we are following governmental guidance.

You can help us to do this by following the advice below.

If you OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD are experiencing any of the symptoms of Corona virus;

A new continuous cough
OR
b. High temperature (of 37.8 degrees centigrade or higher)

Please DO NOT attend the radiotherapy department instead please call:

Radiotherapy nurses on: 0113 206 7587 who will advise you what to do.

Anyone who is still able to receive Radiotherapy treatment currently will be asked to;

Come alone where possible (unless you need assistance to travel) as we are trying to reduce the footfall through the department
Wash your hands as soon as you arrive in the department - irrespective of when you last washed them, and hand gel is NOT a suitable alternative and is only to be used when hand washing is not available
