Thyroglobulin & antibodies

Thyroglobulin is a binding protein for thyroid hormones within the thyroid gland matrix. Thyroglobulin antibodies are measured at the same time to evaluate if any assay interference is present.

Collection Con | Samples received must be less than 24hrs old for testing. Instructions for lab staff: Centrifuge the sample and aliquot the serum. Store in reception freezer. Minimum volume 500ul of serum. |
