Pauline Fitzgerald
Biography
I completed my General Nursing Training in 1986 at St James's Hospital in Leeds. I moved to the speciality of Rheumatology in 1998. I accomplished a BSc(Hons) in Nursing Studies in 2000 and after completing the Rheumatology Post Graduate course in 2003. I continued my education and was awarded a Merit at MSc in Advanced Practice in 2014, from The University of Leeds.
I have experience caring for rheumatology patients during inpatient, day care, research and outpatient clinic environments. I have also had the privilege of working at Harrogate NHS Foundation Trust for 10 years in their Rheumatology department as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS). I have recently moved back to Leeds to join the excellent Rheumatology Team here.
