Chief Registrars
The Chief Registrar is a senior leadership role for experienced trainee doctors within the Trust who are appointed to support and drive improvement across key organisational priorities. Acting as a vital link between the wider trainee workforce, senior clinical leaders and management, the Chief Registrar helps to coordinate service improvement, workforce engagement, education and training initiatives, and quality and safety projects that benefit patients and teams. With protected time to work across departments and attend strategic meetings, this role strengthens communication, supports organisational decision-making, and contributes to clinical and operational transformation across the hospital.
