Start the Conversation - acting on your results

Your results are shared with your senior leadership team, who will use them to make improvements across your Clinical/Corporate Service Unit (CSU), and will share the results wider.

It is important these results are used to make improvements at a local level, whether that is within your CSU, Department or Team, to be able to impact the everyday barriers to staff engagement.

Use your results as a conversation starter, and as a team, agree on the things that are most important to you, and create and implement ideas to make them better.

Managers should support the engagement of their area / team by providing opportunities for your teams to be involved in identifying and implementing the improvements most important to them.
